I believe Tanzania plans to use Benjamin Stadium in Dar, Amaan in Zanzibar and they will build one in Arusha. The stadiums for Tanzania you showed most are for league games I think. Perhaps Mwanza's stadium also will function for AFCON but I am not sure

Kenyan stadiums are notorious for very poor playing pitch conditions! Yes, the infrastructure on sitting places and parking lots and VIP laonges may look "world class" or kind of impressive but the pitches are ugly with huge red patches scartered throughout the potches.
