2038R Digging drain lines and Setting the Grade With a Transit Level
In this video I use the John Deere 2038R compact tractor to dig a trench to run the plumbing to the new bathroom we are installing in our workshop.
We also use a Bosch transit level to set the grade and make sure that our plumbing follows the proper slope. Here is the level we use amzn.to/2Iil3OG

Enjoyed the video. I coould put a transit level to work on a couple areas of my property where I'm trying to improve drainage. Need to look into that. The wind was whipping pretty good out there!

How long did it take to dig the trench? Looking for some idea of how fast the backhoe digs on a 2038r. (I know it varies due to soil type, depth, roots, rocks, etc…)
