Thank you so much for going slowly and explaining each move! This is the kind of tutorial I've been looking for. I generally have trouble getting better than 512, although if I'm very careful I can get to 1024, but that's pretty rare. Now I think I see what I've been doing wrong. I'm going to try this out and see how far it takes me! EDIT: Using this strategy I am now able to get 1024 relatively easily, but some combination of stupid mistake and bad luck is giving me a hard time getting further, but I just need more practice. Thanks again, you legit improved my game! 2nd EDIT: One day later, I got my first 2048 score. I still need a lot of practice to achieve this reliably, but it's a tremendous improvement over how I used to do. 3rd EDIT: I just got a 4096 tile two games in a row. The second time I even had a 1024 tile right next to it. Thanks again!

For some of us you really need to dumb it down. We Cant see which buttons you are pressing . Its the best video I found just giving feedback. You cant beat this game with luck thats for sure. I just need it slowed down

Thanks for making this video, because I could never figure out how to get to 2048 until now. I play this game on Marapets and I only get to 512 and that's it because I would always run out of moves, so with your helpful tips and strategy. I can now beat this game!

You video is great but I'm 65 years old and the last time I played a video game (besides Pong, yes PONG) was when Mario Brothers came out! I joined "Reframe", which an app to learn to abstain from alcohol but I'll be dammed I can figure this game out. Like I said it's a really good video but It goes WAY to fast for my old brain and I can't tell when you are going up or down...Can you do it in slow motion?! LOl

Sadly, every time that you had to do the “luck“ of the draw, it worked out in your favor. I was really hoping that you were going to get yourself into a bind and show how to work your way out of that. Everything went your way. I wish it always went my way.

thank you this did help a lot but I have one problem. I always get to the tile 1024 but I never can make it past that point. My tile spaces would always fill up and I would lose. Please comment some suggestions I could use if u can. Thank you

Thank you for the strategy, it did work and I reached 131072 tile with a score of 2077164 a pop up says " You Win! For now..." and it won't allow me to continue cause it's not possible to double 131072 tile LOL
