anyway to put a rev limiter on the 206 my 5 year old has one to ride around for fun not to race. why does the 206 leak oil all over the belly pan it has 16 oz in it

Anyone know the springs needed to order for a zr120 year 200 the throttle and govoner springs the skidoo will only go 5-10 km an hour due to it being hard for my son to push the throttle and when I leave the choke on it goes to fast
