Training for a 20m constant weight freedive in a 5 metre deep pool (duck dives x4).
This apnea practice is in Malaysia and is in preparation for my Padi Advanced Freediver course. I have a lot to work on with my technique, particularly with my kicks as my knees are too bent. The reason for me practicing this way is to build up the confidence before going out to open water.
