AIKIDO / HEMA Jo Staff Sparring

Back again with Zwaardkring Malaysia! This time, Jo staff sparring.
Bear in mind the Jo is shorter than a quarterstaff, and not something that is really practiced in HEMA. However the guys at Zwaardkring were open to trying out something new and have a friendly bout with the Jo staff!
