Ma'm, in pre-exposure prophylaxis of rabies vaccination on day 0 and 7th day..u have said 2 site per visit (in ID) and 1 site per visit (in IM) .. is it correct ma'm? Because it was supposed to be 2 doses per visit (for ID) and 1 dose per visit (for IM).

Madam ,There are so many street dogs in our locality so I thought regarding preexposure rabies vaccination of my 3 year old son. He has taken all the routine vaccine till now. Now he is of 3 years and 5 months old. Is there any fear of Anaphylaxis or any other life threatening side effects of Preexposure Anti Rabies vaccine if given to him ? i have a question mam, why is immunoglobulin given for category 2 Immunocomprimsed patients? does that have to do anything with Anti-rabies vaccine danger or because of exposure to virus?
