Wow! Beautiful home. I live in Sacramento, a couple hours North of you and I don't think that Palo Alto Summers are very brutal! 😁 In Sac, we bake in 100° to 109°F 🔥 🌞 Don't you get any of that Bay Breeze that far inland?
