you can probably do this alittle cheaper if you convert it alittle into a tiny house build. put it on a trailer, smaller etc. Doing it yourself will probably save a metric ton of money

Thanks for the Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Mahorrla Wooden Paradise Method (search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for building better sheds and woodworking minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got excellent success with it.

Not at all. The insulation works perfectly. We been through one summer in it with days in excess of 42C and have had to use the airconditioner for a minimal of time.

Earthquakes aren’t really an issue in Melbourne. There was one about 5 or 6 years ago I think. Some plastic outdoor chairs fell over.

The build took place during autumn/winter? Probable the best time to build in your neck of the woods. Well it has turned into a very roomy and pleasant place. Actually suits the garden too. Thanks Mark. Yes, during autumn/winter. Would have been a pain for the builders during summer, but it may have been a quicker build with more daylight hours for them. It is a great working space.

I'd suggest removing the floor mats for your office chairs and just replace the wheels of the chairs with caster wheels. They are hardwood floor friendly and your floor will look clean without those mats.
