Its quite ridiculous to see the large number of 'staff' in safety jumpsuits carrying yelllow 'safety rope' who are just shuffling along. Really turns it into a parade. I guess if someone wanted to get close they could just run up. Actually this scheme has tons of inattentive staff walking right next to the sub instead of maybe having a couple police bikes keep people away.
