I’ve been at this a very long time, 25 years of healing. It was not until I combined nutrition and allowing myself to heal that I really hit my sweet spot. Our bodies were not designed to be living this fast paced life and the stress and toxins depleted us both physically and mentally. Great episode as always Takota!

After soooo much of my life feeling like am i the only one that spoke up and spoke out when something wasn’t ok… (naturally rebellious against authority lol) feeling incredibly frustrated and alone, it is refreshing to hear this conversation. I am getting my voice back after i partly shut down the last 4 (dang almost 5)yrs after being attacked and thinking whatever you do you… interesting about the health stuff because if i am holding myself back from speaking up when i know someone is hurting themselves… that makes me feel sick and unwell. Thank you gentlemen 🙏🏻

Dr. John Sarno's book, The Mind Body Connection. A pioneer in the field. Highly recommend. Steve Ozanich's books are excellent too. So glad you both see this when you are young and spreading this to the world. Keep up the good work!

Awesome content and thought provoking as usual Takota, I always look forward to your podcast. Seasons that I imagine are during fleeting moments of calm between farming chaos ;). It was refreshing listening to two people who legitimately enjoyed talking about any deep topic that came to mind.

Also do best with meat and fruit. No grain, though I do indulge on and off.
