4:50 I know it's sort of extensive, but siege being a mind game too, red pinging can be useful to get into someone's head; you're in a 3v1, the last opponent has no idea you have a cam on them and where the cam is, you can spam red ping to make them shit the bed and panic

The best tip for low elo players is GET MAP CONTROL. I had a Ying random sit at kafe skylight, and not throw a single ying or enter until 10 seconds left. That’s just one example but not going for map control is the WORST HABIT

00:10 sometimes getting info on what operators the enemy team has and what's the site set up is much more important than having an entry drone. I say this with full confidence of a person whos drone is undetected the entire match 9/10 games and who deliberately sacrifices the prep phase drones very often to know all the enemy ops and set ups of mira windows or other important gadgets. I've been in matches where the entire team just set up drones around the map in the prep phase. No, you're not gonna hear a mira window placement when you're not close, you won't hear bulletproof cam placement, hear thorn trap tosses..you're not gonna hear warden turn on his glasses in the prep phase nor you will hear smoke or tubarao and there's plenty more examples. There's ABSOLUTELY an excuse to get your drone into the site on prep phase, *even*(because with good game sense/timing/luck and knowing a few good drone hiding spots you can really have a great camera already on site for the entire round)if it ends up getting destroyed. The rule of thumb is - if someone "discovered"(using the term loosely, cause most players should know where the sites are and what are the most popular site picks on each map) the site, then you can set up your drone wherever you want, to help you with entry(provided you collectively got a minimum of 2 operator confirmations). If you don't have the site and don't know at least two enemy ops, then it's better to sacrifice all 5 drones to get that info.Having completely no idea what you're getting into is worse than having to use your second drone to lead yourself inside. With the initial info you make decisions on how to attack and what operator to pick. If you go into a game with a "I will attack from small tower" mindset, then you're just being dumb. What good will your entry drone do when the wall you want to get through is being bandit tricked, while the one on the other side of the site, that you didn't even bother to get a drone to look at was actually forgotten by the enemy team and not even reinforced?

what rank are you and on what platform? your logic is severely flawed as attacks are not linear nor do people on defense not have the ability to adapt mid round. having a goal of what, where and how you want to attack will always be better than not. having a pre placed drone on entry will be much more important than scanning a rook and doc and/or finding site. if you have good game sense, you shouldn’t need to expend 5 drones to understand what site the other team will go and what ops they will bring and how they will use the. having the ability to have a flank cam and entry cam is underestimated.

Problem with comms for me, im not just "shy" i have crippling social anexiety caused by autism, i can basically never solo since il have to play with friends to communicate ): Same thing affects my ability to *play* the game when im the last one, the pressure becomes too much and i get overstimulated *especially* when someones yelling in the vc I have clutched only a few times in 400 hours, but im a good player if theres no verbal pressure specifically on me

I would not recommend unbinding your crouch key. Just play arcade etc and focus on not crouching.

Say your twitch or brava wouldn’t sitting outside until late round while you work be the best option if you know the space between you and site isn’t contested? Seems better as a solo when you can’t rely on teammates to watch your back while droning

You need to red ping, because yellow ping isnt automatic on and people dont toogle it on on lower ranks. We play on console mostly as a duo, we use a party. So no chat and if they dont see the yellow pings, what choice do i have? and a bad habit is, if a teammate kills you, you or another player kills them back, this makes it a lose game... just report and accept that he killed you. Sorry to let my frustration run here and for my bad english xD

I'm copper 5 and I don't play ranked at all only reason I played ranked is because my friend plays ranked and we lost 2 games that's it. I only play normals less stressful and less cheaters I don't care if I win or not of course I'd like to win but I can care less if I lose. I play for fun so I don't want to troll people in ranked that want to win.

Great video, but here's one bad habit that I've noticed you make while describing these mistakes. You seem to overuse the terms "guarantee, 100%, etc," and make universal claims when that's only true most of the time. For example, at 10:00 you said "If you die, it is 100% your fault and you can always self reflect to learn." Not even 30 seconds later, you say "When you lose a gunfight, 9/10 that is your fault." While I agree with most points in the video, and found it very informative, this was just something I noticed. Cheers

5:10 1v1, 30 seconds left in the round. Both players know their general positions, swinging on ~20 meters. You spam that spot key like a motherfucker, cause the flashing red "you are being spotted" is an additional distraction, the enemy doesn't have the time to spare to look for and kill your cam and he knows he cannot do any rotates or flanks because he's being seen. This applies a lot of pressure, especially in the low tier ranks where people tend to panic in situations like that. So there, here's your reason. Coming from a person who does yellow pings along with voice calls, even when using the red ping to apply pressure.
