A 21-day challenge for kids to lose belly fat quickly and effectively!!
The accumulation of abdominal fat isn't just a problem for adults; kids can also suffer from this accumulation of fat, which is so harmful to their health. With this 21-day exercise plan, the little ones will be challenged to exercise every day, without rest, to eliminate this stubborn fat once and for all and tone their tummies in just 3 weeks. We've done a combination of cardio and strengthening exercises to help kids burn more abdominal fat.
The cardio phase consists of high-intensity cardio routines that can help maximize fat loss in the belly. This will be followed by compound weight-bearing exercises. This further amps up the body’s ability to burn fat.
