Today we're starting a 3-day exercise program to keep the little ones active and healthy by exercising at home!
On the first day of this program we have a routine with cardio exercises that will increase the heart rate so that kids can burn more body fat in a shorter time. Throughout the exercises they should tighten their core and bend their kness slightly to get the full benefit of the exercise and avoid muscle or joint injuries. This routine will be performed almost entirely standing up and will be done in two sets to increase the effectiveness of the exercises.
Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
