Thank You bro it is an eye opening video for me. I am an MBBS student and after watching your video i realised that how much time i am wasting in useless and unhealthy things like porn, masturbation eating oily foods, social media and many more. I was an average student since childhood but these things made me even below average due to these things i am not even studying 1 or 2 hours a day. Now my first year exams are at hand and i haven't completed even 10% of syllabus. So i am accepting this challenge bro 1)No Social media (WhatsApp for just 5min) 2)No PMO 3) Wake up at 5AM 4) Completing daily study target 5)100Pushups,plank and some other workouts 6) Meditation 7) Don't indulge in useless conversation Let's become best version of ourselves. This world respects only powerful people. Do it together guys All the best everyone❤️🤝

I mean to say, maximum tasks will be completed before 7 am and remaining can be completed after work. Also, you can make your routine by adjusting your time. Hope this is helpful for you. 🙌❤️

In most of the gym - they put music in their loud speaker and i generally don’t like those pathetic bollywood romantic songs and To avoid that i have few songs in my playlist. I am starting my 21days challenge now. 1.4am to 10am sleep 2.my 4 study sessions 1)10:30am to1:30pm 15min meditation 2)2pm to 5pm 10min positive self talk 3)5:30pm to 11:30pm study then dinner 4) 12am to 4am revision then sleep 13march to 3april No to phone

Done with challenge. It looked hard on thr first day to limit mobile use, etc. But from 3rd day, I could easily do that. Before the challenge, I use to watch reels every other hour. Now that is stooped. I don't feel the urge to watch reels. It was very helpful for me. I would like everyone to go for the challenge
