Sir tanks you so much. Sir i Am facing following problems please help me. active directory domain services on domain controller has checked the replication topology. AD DS is currently viewing the connections from DC. any new or deleted connection will be visible until they replicate to dc.

Yes. If your PDC goes down, you can seize fsmo roles and assign to ADC to make it work as a PDC.

Primary DC and Secondary DC sync with each other. Both have same identical active directory database. So if primary DC goes down then secondary can still perform all the tasks. If primary DC is permanently down then you need to transfer/seize the FSMO roles and assign to your secondary.

I have installed adc on root domain but there is a problem with replication. When i create user in dc it shows in adc. But when create user in adc its not reflecting in dc..... How to solve this

Did you check replication (both way) in Active Directory sites and services? You can use repadmin command to check the replication status as well.

What error you see when you try to open dsa.msc. Try to change domain controller in dsa.msc console.
