The location is really not great 😅. But there is a sales angle for every location in Dubai right now 👍

Dubai is a growing city and every location in dubai develops over time. Some thing which might not be appealing today becomes a hot destination in the future. Anything by the beach in Dubai has seen great appreciation & demand

3 of the largest developer's such as DP world, Emaar and Nakheel have acquired the largest plots on the shoreline to built some of its finest communities with hotels, resorts , shopping cente, commerial space, not to mention the government spending billions to build a whole new infrastructure to get in and around these luxuary water front communities because it's not such a grest location ????? I'm assuming you know something that they didn't.
