Why the upcoming launch at valley has reduced their PSF? Is it beginning of bearish market? Also, Interested to know why the prices were going down from 2016 to 2019?

Can you explain me on what basis you’re saying the Psf has reduced ? Comparing to old launch psf or current psf also how are you calculating the psf is very important as in townhouses the saleable psf and the construction sq ft is different. The markets from Q3 2014 till Q1 2020 were continuously declining hence the prices were going down as the demand was not that high during those days.

We bought 3 properties last year from Dubai for investment and we experience the same feeling about paying a “token “ just to show interest to a project because in our country we dont have such things . But when we go in there and attend some launches we understand why 😅 but before that we taught some agents are trying to scam us 😅

@ if it doesn't crash , people will stop moving to Dubai , Dubai doesn't pay that much to afford these properties, you are telling me that 1 million dollar condos will become 2 million 10 years from now, condos are depreciating commodity that's why they have depreciation report; look at how much inventory is available everywhere, I would says 30-40% off, just look at offf plan deals , how many percentage is booked with 10% hoping they will flip before completion, let's see how many of them will close, USD becoming stronger, world money will now move to USA in various funds , wait n see. Major crash, if it doesn't crash then it's not economics , only old people will be left affording real estate, that's it.

They usually need your bank statements and kyc documents such as passport, residence proof etc. your credit report of home country is not required

@ the island will get developed but what about the surrounding areas. Just because you have casino 20 min away is not a reason for the investment to be profitable in my opinion because for any real estate destination to be successful and grow in value it needs demand and high occupancy

@tahirmajithia I’ve lived in Singapore for many years. Things have gotten even more expensive! Housing and landed property have become very expensive. I am living as a pr here. You can’t even buy a car. And worse, inflation is above the roof. Citizenship is impossible to get as an Indian citizen. They said u have to serve in the army to attain it! It’s useless and pointless. I have to waste 2 years there which can affect my university admission and I will end up joining late. Don’t get Singapore pr, it’s not worth it. It’s best to live in Dubai. Everything is affordable there. You were saying in Dubai, you can buy everything at reasonable prices and properties are also affordable and beautiful. I can’t stand the weather here in Singapore. I have a blocked nose everyday.
