Hey, thanks for the great videos. I am a beginner programing on a MA3 light consol and if i press At to save the magic preset Magic isnt an option. Am i missing something? Ive followed step for step and never get the option. Version 1.6.3

Hey they've moved the button from the at window, to the preset settings (V1.5 change I believe)

Thanks Cat as usual you done great , just one ? Can the Magic preset be done with the Aura XB as they have Sub Fix thanks again.

Sure! It works by fixture type- so just make sure you work with the subfixtures or whatever you want to be able to use the preset. Also- just a heads up: the Aura profile used in the MA3 Demo show has some issues. I hear a rumor that it will be updated in future versions.

@@wayne2pk I've just tried it with both types of Aura subfixtures in the demo showfile and it's working for me. I would recommend hitting up tech support from the MA distributor in your country.

Hey Cat, my ma2 song macros (by number) aren't functioning as expected on gma3, have you made any yet - if so any pointers?:)

There are a LOT of changes to how syntax works from MA2 to MA3 so most macros need to be remade. The MA3 software is still changing, so I am not re-making my macros until more features are implemented. Some users are also creating apps to make MA2 macros transferable to MA3, but they do not fix the syntax changes- so I haven't used them and can't say if they are worth the time right now.

Seems like MAgic presets are still a few updates away from being very useful, but the potential is huge.
