I have transferred my shares to a CDC investor account in Pakistan PSX, but now I cannot make a beneficiary to return my shares to a CDC sub-account to a broker. Asalam o Alikum Laeeq Bhai , My question is related to Sharia compliance, recently I requested meezan bank to share your sharia compliance audit report for 2024 and fatwa of mufti Taqi usmani for INPC but they shared me cabinet approval for INPC. So in islam you cannot fix the profit which is equal to Ribah. So as overseas pakistanis we don't under its really a sharia compliance of INPC? Same goes for stock , its only mentioned sharia compliance but there is no transparency....!

For overseas pakistani, forex rate is a key consideration. NPC USD is the only real advise, as you are covered against rupee depreciation and gives 9% over year. Car value may appreciate, but considering the rupee depreciation still it will be a loss. Same is applicable for property (which anyways is not recommended by Sarmaya either)

Later brother , I realy appreciate u for the help u are providing to people. I am 81 years of age and about 25 years back i invested one lakh with a brokerage house in lahore money market but unfortunately after about 3 years investment that brokerage house was bank corrupt and jailed but before going to jail that gentleman came to my house and paid me 1lakh against my investment and said sorry to me.
