Hi Payel great ideas! For filtering ur oil use coffee filter if you double up the the filter paper you'll be surprised to see the end result, and you can by 50 filters for $1 in dollar store! For tip #19 in a old pot( not use's for cooking) boil some fabric softener sheets trust me Payel it works like magic ( specifically after making fish)!

Very good tips and tricks 👌👌👌 very useful... today only I noticed my mixie's blade is not sharp.. so I will use your tip..also cling wrap one is new for me.. some tips I knew,but still useful, because sometimes we do forget about them.. Also I have a tip for you.. no need to wrap lemons. Keep lemons in a plastic jar with lid and keep inside refrigerator.. it will stay fresh for a long time. Same thing I do with coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chillies.. first I place a kitchen tissue paper inside the box,then I put the leaves and lemon and chillies in seperate containers in the fridge.. (I remove roots from the leaves and stems from green chillies before placing in the box..) Very good Payal.. keep going.. because of your vlogs and videos I get entertainment, at the same time useful information too 😍😘

Hi Payal, 1) To help potatoes cook faster, soak the cut potatoes in a bowl of salt water (1/2 tsp) for 10 mins atleast. They become a little soft and cook faster. 2) Pick out the whole garam masala pieces from food( before serving), wash, light roast them, grind them into powder and add them while making tea. Your masala chai is ready.
