Strongman circuits are my favorite way to build conditioning. Very taxing, but a ton of fun at the same time. The yoke training is awesome, i like doing carries, pushpresses and zercher squats with mine, plus using it as a loading bar like you were. I like the look of that press you were doing at the start, pullover into close grip. I'm going to end my bench session with that tonight and get a feel for it.

@@buildingdadbod2.0 I agree. You can build a lot of strength and conditioning with strongman circuit training. The pullover + bench press wore me out. My shoulder was going through it and it's a very challenging. I believe you will like it.

@@NoMoTheUFO I will definitely ve starting lighter than you did. I'm worried my left shoulder might not like the pullover part, but I'll start light and see how it goes

Nordics at 240 at the end of training 😅. Always mind blowing Mo. I know you mentioned before a meet you did where there was a miscommunication on your last attempt. Did you compete deadlift only or full meet ?

@@spencergraziano6840 Appreciate it champ! The miscommunication was my 3rd attempt was supposed to be State record, national record, and world record in USPA. I only got credit for State record and national record (777 lbs). I got a 4th attempt but the skin on my thumb tore off and I was gassed because I did a huge weight cut. I've only done full meets.

@@spencergraziano6840 I have footage and might find the other footage and post it soon. I was training around 240-245 and I had got down to about 236-240 before the week of the meet. Stepped on scale around 214 lbs. I had to run to the bar when I lifted 777 lbs because I had 8 seconds left 😂. Finished the meet as the #1 raw lifter at a national meet USPA. I only did conventional deadlift back then. 562 lbs Squat, 407 lbs bench, 777 deadlift, and 1747.1 Total.
