Hey, awesome video. When I started working out and following your videos, I was really skinny and had no confidence at all. I was doing some workouts here and there, but I quickly learned that I was missing good diet. I did a research, and I got myself a meal plan from Onlymeal. It was easy to follow, and my body responded really good to it - I managed to put some muscle on. I started out because of the girls, but now I don't care about them anymore. I do it to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

You are the first to explain that traps go down into the back between the lats. My friend does not believe me. I like your coaching style, very impressive.

Lol he doesnt?! You should bust out a page of the human anatomy next time hes doing Shrugs and hold it in front of him.
@accountdeleted8171
@accountdeleted8171 8 күн бұрын
Lol the first.... Have you lived under a rock for the past decade of science backed gym content all making use of high detail diagrams of muscles of the human body. The one muscle group that is rarely talked about though is the longissimus/erector muscles which run under the trapezoid down the spine. Developing those hidden muscles really forces your traps to pop and strengthen since most people have weak erectors that relax the back and shoulders instead of keeping the shoulders back which activates and enhances the traps revealing their full diamond shape.

I've done the shrugs up and down as we were all taught, but I tried your seated back-leaning technique with retraction of scapula and I still feel my traps 8 hours later - I did three intense warmup sets of ten to failure with a moderate weight then one heavy set. It's like doing a bench press for your traps in the same way you do the pecs. Thanks Bro!

Thanks so much. I have been struggling with growing my traps since I started lifting 15 years ago. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Shrugs won't do it for me, I tried all angles, I also tried dead lifts but same thing, they get sore but they won't grow. Sometimes I don't train them at all because I got tired of trying to grow them without good results. I have watched a lot of different youtube videos but nothing like your video here. This video made me realize more than ever before. I will try those exercises today. Thanks champ.

My bet he is doing at least, extremely optimized nutrition + full body red/NIR therapy + epic skin care moistureising rutine after he showers. But who knows maybe he just have crazy genetics like that. I wouldn't be surprised considering how far he has taken his physique.
