hi, i need some help please. I bought a vacant lot at a tax sale a few months ago and last week i had a buyer but he just cancelled and the reason was this, according to the realtor: "If the buyer wants to build right away after closing The buyer will have to pay more than the cost of The lot due the deed" Is that correct??? I have cleared the title and then the title company issued a commitment for title insurance in case of selling to another person

​@@ross-smithfamily6317hello, that excuse seemed false, I guess the buyer did not want to buy it really. I changed realtor because she was ignorant and never seemed interested in selling this land. A month later I sold it to another person, didn't receive any excuses this time 😂
