No i do not use any dungeon (codex of power) aspects, as the base rolls are always minimum from there, i just try to keep the best 2 of every aspect i find so i can build with good rolls

I've been playing other stuff, I'm gonna give it a while on diablo 4 before I try giving it another run. By the end of my play, I really wasn't happy with where the game is at, and I suspect it will probably be a couple years for them to flesh out all the itemization and chase content to keep me held passed that first push and grind

Yeah for sure, the full on hota build is especially deadly in pvp right now - which is a shame because I liked being the off meta build before everything else got nerfed lol

​@@IndigenousPonchoGames I'm curious as to what gives you any issues as a HOTA barb. My rapid fire rogue can delete anything, except the barb. The combo of 1 hits and near constant unstoppable make it a miserable match up.

@@BigMarbs Its not so much the builds, but how well speccd they are into it with points and gear. Theres no class that im afraid of initially, but here and there i get absolutely smoked by a way higher level in all classes, figure my build just isny fully complete yet - druids have got me with the stormwolf build, rogues with the poison imbue stack and run away cant hit em back, sorcs have gotten me by just having so much invuln up time

Iron skin, with the aspect that grants in unstoppable. Ive then later on switched my ultimate, so I can trigger unstoppable from both berserking / berserking ult, and the iron skin aspect. Near 100% uptime CC immunity :)

Currently in the non uniques to slot in - which honestly are way better late game - chest: damage reduction by 20% for 6 seconds after basic attack Boots: 30% chance to stun vs bleeding enemies. Adds to the stun build making all of our attacks have 75% chance to stun

I mean the berserk ult is admittedly better and will give you your zerk trigger - I just love callin THE BOYS for the memes haha. This build is a lot of seeing what I can get away with for using non-meta hota, and leaves lots and lots of room to build up from as the level of challenge increases in general

Outside of the skill points that I did already attribute to it, as well as the razorplate unique, what else is there to stack? you can get a few more affix roles on the other gear right, so maybe an extra 3k? I think the only meaningful improvement I can get to thorns from here is a *better* razorplate.

@@gabecranmer6086 for pvp, by end 100 late game, I think pure hota probably comes out on top. Thorns just can't keep up with scaled damage at its max

This video was a follow up to my previous guide, which was of course much earlier in my own leveling curve, it may help since this build just continued forward from there, but really the early game relies a lot on working around those early drops the best you can, sometimes your first few legendaries are a strong synergy for something else and you just gotta rock with it until you find the items you need to switch back

Usually not but there are definitely options to make this happen. Cota is super off meta ult, use the zerking one is the first big step up for that
