There are many examples of 'luxury' apartments and pent-houses around, but very few have the kind of elements of this unit: the flow of one room to another, so thoughtfully laid out, a beautiful extra-wide galley style kitchen with enough room at one end for a breakfast/dining nook table and chairs, the best of high end appliances, wide windows all around with a classic view of Central Park and beyond, the floors have lovely finishes, hall-ways with plenty of room to navigate, lots of closet and storage space, built in washer/dryer, beautifully finished bath-rooms. The rooms are all bright, airy, spacious. This place was 'designed'. This is the true meaning of luxury. It's so spacious it almost feels like a house. Bravo!

Gorgeous high end with stunning views, thanks for the tour of a place I’d never be able to afford.

Aww man, this apartment is gorgeous. Imagine having your coffee in that little nook at the end of your kitchen? I’d just be looking at the views all day. Wouldn’t get anything else done. The washer dryer in unit sells it for me.

My goodness! I would invite people over for $10 a pop just to look at the view.

I live in NYC. Nowadays 300k will just get by for a studio apartment at this prime location.

What's with all of the endless ugly white walls?

Insane. We raise our own veggies can. Grass fed beef. Hormones free chicken and eggs. No store got 20 milk cows so butter and all come from that. You see farmers and rancher feed you. We do not have Hollidays we work 7 days a week. From 4am until 7pm. We eat in the fields. But I love it

I have 40 acres in upstate Minnesota. We are ranchers only been to Minneapolis twice. Could and never would live like this.
