Troops lined up (among others the Military School column and cavalry squadron). Lieutenant-General Johan Laidoner, Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Forces, and the head of the parade, Tallinn Garrison Commander Major-General Herbert Brede, pass the line. In the tribune, the Commander-in-Chief of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, General Stasys Raštikis, J. Laidoner, President Konstantin Päts. Parade march. Among others on the march, the Military School, the Military School Artillery Battery, the Kalevi Single Infantry Battalion, the Marine Defense Association, and the motorcyclists of the Defense League's Light Division. An interesting shot of the people on Harjumäe (filmed from the roof of the EKA building, Toompea Castle in the background).
