As I mentioned elsewhere, the Holy Spirit cannot be given to the world. The world outside of the Christian Congregation is without Salvation and thus cannot be given the Holy Spirit. Yes, people can repent and come into the Christian Congregation and be given the Holy Spirit but also remember that those outside the Christian Congregation are called the "Children of the Devil" in 1John 3, and so the "Children of the Devil" can never be given the Holy Spirit as this really is impossible for God to do. There are only two sides in Salvation, there is God's Side and the Devil's Side and that is it. Those with the Devil will not and can not be given the Holy Spirit. So, be very careful about this "Lady of All Nations" apparition and look at what the Bible says compared with this apparition and if this apparition contradicts the Bible in any way, any shape and any form then firmly refect this and other apparitions. Remember, the Bible is Public Revelation which is to be believed above and beyond any and all Private Revelation.
