Right. Jesus needed to be saved also. He was a man.

Why are you quoting Paul on "justification" when he was NOT there in Acts? Peter was not preaching remission of sin through reconciliation by the death, blood of Christ. Peter was simply asserting, to the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, that the man they crucified, had been resurrected by God and made Lord and Messiah. The Kingdom of Heaven gospel, at hand, with the resurrected Jesus as Lord and Messiah, was the gospel to the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, which THEY had to obey, i.e., "repent (change their minds about) and believe and be religiously WASHED and CLEANSED before it would literally come to Earth. That gospel would eventually be REJECTED by the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, which is why Jesus DID NOT RETURN TO EARTH. Since ISRAEL rejected the resurrected Messiah Lord Jesus, years later, God would freely open the door of Faith to the Gentiles. Through the "preaching of the cross", i.e., SALVATION and FORGIVENESS of sin through the shed blood of Christ to WHOMSOEVER, Paul ( not Peter, not John, not James) made known the gospel of RECONCILIATION and free JUSTIFICATION for BOTH Jew AND Gentile. God, in Christ, would no longer make any difference between Jew and Gentile. If Brother Dan thinks that the "gospel" which was being proclaimed in Acts 2, to the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, even after Paul's message about the "cross" was revealed years later, is the FULL GOSPEL for all men, he is SADLY MISTAKEN!!

Call on the name of then Lord Jesus in that He is YHWH in order to be saved (Acts 2:21; cf. Joel 2:32).

@@jamesdabrowski6436 I didn't quote from a version. The "Lord" in Acts 2:21 refers to Jesus.
