Quite an expensive place to build anything of any quality recognizable as 'quality' in the west - so nice touches like western sourced interiors , lighting, doors, windows, kitchens etc. But yeah, that price is closer to what people would pay for a 2bed apartment in outer Sydney, without the noisy traffic I might add.
