आज के प्लान का साइज़ है 30X60 फीट जोकि 3 साइड से कवर है ओर सिर्फ सामने का हिस्सा ओपन है । इस प्लान को 2 फ्लोर मे बनाया है जिसमे 8 बेड रूम, 7 बाथरूम , कार पार्किंग , रसोई, सीढ़िया , लॉबी , बाल्कनी ओर भी काफी कुछ है। अगर आप ओर भी रूम चाहते है तो 1st फ्लोर को same रिपीट कर सकते है ।
