The most underrated thing is this audiogram feature. I do not understand why Apple is not advertising it more. This completely changed my life. I am rediscovering all of my music library once again.

As an FYI, you can long press the volume slider when your airpods are active to open the same menu as the "hearing" button without adding an extra button.

70/30 isopropyl alcohol is recommended by apple rather than the 90/10 and above you suggested. It will actually kill germs. 90 and above often evaporates too soon (which is why it’s used internally for electronics…very little risk of liquid damage because of the quick evaporation)

@@BrandonButch "with no issue" would really only be able to be determined if you're testing for bacteria etc. in a lab. you wouldn't be able to /see/ it, the point is 70 will remain long enough to kill bacteria, 90 will not. it's not about having issues, and it's not really a measurable metric.

I just bought the pro 2’s on prime day, no matter how I set my settings the left ear drains in about 45 minutes and the right one last for multiple hours. I’ve tested it with auto switching of the mic, right only the left still drains 4x quicker, turned off all the modes same thing. Any thoughts?

One tip for musicians among us here ... if you have your AirPods Pro2 with adaptive transparency then it is really cool to use them for practising (me drums and guitar) as it is way better to hear yourself yet have the sound volume limited 😀

Im old school and i listen to my ipod and i use wired earbuds. Now the very first thing i did years ago was to buy a set of back and white foam earbud protectors. I have never cleaned my earbuds. If they get dirty or ripped, i simply put on a new pair. They are super cheap and they actually make the buds fit more snug into my ear I know they would work for wireless as well. Easy to tell the difference, white is right- black is left.

I’m confused. This video was published in February of 2023. The AirPods Pro 2 were released seven months later in September of 2023. Did Brandon get a pair that much in advance? Edit: the AirPods Pro 2 that were released in September of 2023 differ from the original AirPods 2 by having USB C, an upgraded stem interface, an updated H2 chip, improved noise cancellation, adaptive transparency and personalized spatial audio.
