It was Joseph Trapanese. His first real gig alone. To be fair, Trapanese worked in Hans Zimmer’s ‘shop’ for a long time, learning the ropes. Daft Punk rejected Zimmer, they wanted much more musical creativity. So Zimmer suggested Trapanese. Daft Punk worked with him for a bit, and he got the gig of orchestrating Daft Punk’s music. It took TWO years to create the score for TRON: Legacy. An amazing story (you can Google it) and what a great score.

I remember before Last Jedi came out I did my own fan fiction backstory of how Kylo Ren betrayed Luke and at the time thinking Rey was Luke's Daughter, I literally made the betrayal scene like this scene in the movie, it was Luke, and Mara Jade walking, then the knights of Ren show up to attack. Mara tells Luke to take Rey and go. She defends them until she was Killed by Kylo. Then along the line Kylo kills all the Jedi, captures Rey, and puts her on Jakku as a trap for Luke. Which would explain why in Force Awakens after the Jakku escape he asks "What Girl?" But Luke explains he wouldn't be strong enough to take on them. So he had to leave Rey behind and go into hiding until the time was right, but he couldn't get any stronger and abandoned the Jedi order until Rey showed up with the lightsaber. I literally played this song explaining it, my friends loved it. Then they said Disney should've hired me as a writer. I do like the Sequel Trilogy myself but I agree that they should've had one writer in charge how the story went instead of just write whatever you want and we'll make it work. Anyways that was my fan fiction I made using this Tron Music. lol
