The most embarrassing things done by realtors is that they don't even mentioned the terms and conditions of the property on holdings. You are required to mentioned if it is a "Leasehold or Freehold"..the general notion of a layman is if we buy a property than we own it lifetime of that property..but in reality in real estate sector conditions are different...so you have to explain all those things ..don't just sell it and mislead people..
