Could you consider a Kevin Conroy tribute? Nov 10th marks 2nd anniversary of his death. He was the best voice of Batman. I made a tribute to him using the classic Batman toys with footage from Burton, Nolan, Arkham and Injustice but I don't got ur reach, and he deserves much bigger tribute.

Another interesting fact: Camouflaj recently boasted that they consulted on the psychology of their game characters with psychiatrist Dr. H. Eric Bender, who has analyzed scenes relating to the mental health of characters in popular films and TV shows, including Batman's most popular villains. Camouflaj even honored him in-game, as we can find his book "The Psychology of Heroes and Villains" in Leslie Thompkins' office :P

SPOILERS!! One of my favourite details is that the game tells you from the get go who the rat king is. There are Harvey dent posters in the sewers at the start of the game that are defaced by the rats, putting “ro” in front of his name to make it “roDents”.

So if you call Shrike's apartment, it says you reach both him and Richie. The first time a name is given to his roommate. Another easter egg is that the second Bat vigilante saved one Miranda Row, who has a young daughter (who is 8 at the time). In the comics, Miranda is the mother of Harper, aka Bluebird. This game is so full of amazing content. Also great video 🙂

This game seems to have a lot of love for Steve Ditko's creations: obviously Jack Ryder (aka the Creeper) has been a presence in all of the Arkham games previously, but this one includes plenty of bits from Vic Sage (aka the Question) and news stories about Wayne Enterprises acquiring Kord Industries from Ted "Blue Beetle II" Kord.

In this vr game, first thing i noticed that wasn't in the other arkham games is that when you smash/destroy the radios or rat figurines, you can do it while crouch or on a ledge. you usually have to be standing to do those in the other games. climbing is also a first too, especially when you need to destroy walls using the gel gun while you are on the bars.

9:46 Camouflaj actually mentioned this in an interview a while ago, they said they found themselves being lazy with the gel and just putting a small squirt instead of drawing the bat symbol. This, to Payton, seemed too lazy and “not like Batman”, so they changed it to the gel launcher

Here's a relatively obscure Easter Egg. When returning to solitary, you can knock on Black Mask's cell and he mentions getting revenge on you with a power drill. This references the War Games comic event from 2004 where he tortured Stephanie Brown with a power drill after he caught her. She originally died from this but it got retconned.

The person on the gargoyle in Blackgate is definitely Shadow, it's not visible in the videos, but in the game itself it's clear that it's exactly the same character model. As for Batman's copycat, I'm betting on Barbara :P

Another cool detail is that you can find various radios/radio stations in the game (the latter thanks to your decoder) in the game, and there’s a Gotham News station, the Jack Ryder show (frequent side character in the games, and in the comics is The Creeper), and another is Ask The Question by Vic Sage, who in the comics is The Question. Not only that, but Sage’s show has Anarky from Arkham Origins, Lonnie Machin, as it’s frequent guest caller

The game actual had DC hero The Question appear and states he's planning becoming a hero to stop the elite. The game also references the court of owls a bit so maybe it could be set up.

If you wander around Blackgate as Matches near his cell, there are some prisoners on their cellphones in their cells explaining how Batman found and arrested them. And the details of their arrests are the same as some of the Worlds Greatest Detective challenge side missions from Arkham Origins I only noticed this on my first day as Matches, so I don’t know if this is something you can over hear on other days your in Blackgate
