You are a fabulous educator and instructor!!!! Thank you for providing these types of sessions. And the older you get, the more crucial this type of training becomes. Thanks so much, Amy!

Thank you so much for this, Amy! I’ve been doing your workouts for 6 years now, just had my second baby, 7 months postpartum and desiring to “get back to it” - however, needed a pelvic floor/core workout to strengthen those areas first… made my day when you just posted this! Definitely starting this Monday👏🏻 Thanks for all you do for the team!💪🏻🤍

Love your workouts, Amy. I love how you explain everything about the moves and offer different options. I am 62 and fitness has been a big part of my life. I'vw been attending 1-1 PT once per week for weight training and follow you on other training days. You coach exactly like my trainer. Have been following you now for about 2 years. Please continue your great work. It is very much appreciated 💖

Love this. Thank you Amy. This is an area that I've been working on and going back to basics and slowing down to ensure technique is good is really worth while ❤

Really good advice and a great workout. Front and back prolapses run in my family, so I am keen to avoid the pain and discomfort they have endured. Thank you again

Thanks heaps great session. I see a pelvic floor physio and also pilates reformer. She has also given similar exercises. It is important especially after my hysterectomy to work on pelvic floor. Especially if you are leaking. Thank u and will do this again. 😊 😊

Thank for this video. I learned a lot of why my lower abs never seem to gain muscle. What kind of therapist should i go see if i can't feel my deep core?

Going slow through this is good reminders even if we do daily core work
