Missing the Pilates reformer? This 22 minute Pilates sequence with a foam roller is the next best thing. Follow along with Brian Spencer from East River Pilates as he moves through this workout that will use a foam roller to add instability just like a reformer. But that's not all! You'll also use the foam roller to release all of the tight spots in your body. Feel free to pause the video anywhere you need to and take some deep breaths.

I really liked that. Gentle, but muscles activated ☺️ The back of my right leg cramped with the glute bridge roll outs!

The last exercise looked good. I am not sure how necessary the roller was for the rest of the session (exception of the bridging)
