I have completed your full video on people and process domin, scored percentage are 84.72 and 75.29.. now going to validate my business domain knowledge for a PMP exam.

That is so good to know. The score is also great. Also, do check your progress with some random questions .. via online mock exams etc. that’ll complement your preparation.

@edzest I have completed your full video on all 3 domains. I can't express in words how useful it was for my preparation. Though I am stuck at one point. I understand three kind of question. 1. What should have been done to avoid the situation ? - The action project manager might have done to avoid 2. What should be done to prevent the situation in future ? - The preventive action. 3, What should project manager do first ? - The first step in the described situation. In case the question is like, * What should project manager do ? Here, no hint for corrective or preventive or first step kind is there. What should be the approach to answer such question ?

Hi, in that case it’s a general case you have to select the best choice- go for the best thing to do in the given situation.

Hi, thank you so much for your kind comment. We do not have questions on PMBOK 6 but there’s a set of questions on task 2.7 mange quality of deliverables, which should cover the topic. Please complement your studies of PMBOK 6 with other materials like agile practice guide and most importantly, ECO (Exam Content Outline). PMP Exam is NOT based on PMBOK.
