Great vid....my favourite part is when he is operating the machine and loading the dump lorry and then driving the dump lorry and then tipping it and then coming back. It was nice to hear.

Nice !!! I know how much work and skill it takes to load trucks with a drag line. I got some time in a 30 B, but my meal ticket was large hydraulic truck cranes. Just retired....

started on RB22 face shovel, then dragline, butgot my comeuppence with the dragline, I'd had a chance on dragline for hour here and there, then the boss asked me to fill in on a Sat morning loading shale from a coal tip onto road dumpers.First load was OK,slow but done. second a newer volvo .. didn't get it high enough and over swung .. took the side out of the tipper, lucky it wasn't the cab.. I got push pulls for weeks between greasing from the boss , my uncle.. owned a BE22 dragline in Canada .. Yukon placer mining..

Amazing how that machine can pile material and also load trucks. Are those controls air actuated? I used to operate an slusher/underground dragline that had air controls. You get really good at it. Also was an mine hoist operator for some years in an vertical shaft mine.
