My favorite exercise is the Potty training. I've been doing for 40 years and works great! The training consists of squatting, bottom muscles training, stomach muscle training and sometimes holding my breath for a few second while tensing my whole body. This workout can last from a minute to 10 minutes and I do it several times a day.

I admit I was feeling a bit sceptical of the breatharians and burgers bit so I googled and re-googled to look into it (found the site about it and then made sure it was related to breatharians and not an intentional spoof). I must say that is one of the best and weirdest things I have read in awhile. It's clearly nonsense but the authority in which its written is fascinating. Apparently diet coke is 5d and helps excrete toxins while cows are also 5d (or higher) beings put on earth to convert "3d foods into 5d flesh." I feel I need to share this around to show off the extent of human eccentricity.

The dumbest exercise I ever saw came from some little kids show I saw while channel flipping about 8 or 9 years ago. It was telling young children to "Walk in Circle, Walk in Circle, fun fun fun." All the kids on the show did was walk in 2 foot (67 cm) circles, a behavior that made them look like there was something mentally wrong with them, which I'm sure wasn't the case. I remember sing to myself "Walk in Circle, Walk in Circle, Make an idiot of yourself."

Running? But biking has the twofold benefit of going further distances (so you can enjoy more scenery and a constant breeze) and building muscle mass in your legs. My favorite exercise is rowing, though. It's high intensity, full body, and has the joys of being on a lake. Unfortunately I don't own a row-boat and they are very expensive. Also it would require me to live near a lake. Also crossfit should be on the list of ridiculous exercise trends.

"They're the only things that aren't radioactive..." Oooookay then. Exercise stresses me out. I'm pretty sure my body confuses the out-of-breath feeling you get when you exercise sufficiently with an oncoming anxiety attack. So I have to stick with pretty low-intensity workouts, or do something that gets my adrenaline going enough. Honestly, the best thing is playing videogames on a recumbent bike (because it has back support) but we reorganized the living room so that won't work anymore. Going on walks in places with nice scenery is good too.

For exercise I find that any kind of organized combat sport (fencing, kendo, etc) or martial art makes for the best sort of aerobic exercise because, despite the slight injury risks, the competitive nature to keep improving gives added incentive to actually stick with it. Interspersed with moderate weight work and one day of no exercise it gives me, at minimum, enough of a workout to maintain my existing weight without significant thought to my caloric intake.

@BIIGtony8 жыл бұрын
It's really damn expensive.For that price you can probably get 1kg of protein powder (go for whey if you are not vegan) + a bag of frozen berries for taste and vitamins/minerals, but you can use everything, mango, banana or just eat the fruits by themselves. If you want it to make you feel really full, add oats to it. Soylent only has 20g of protein in it but 20g fat and 40g carbs. Protein is the only thing expensive in meal replacement shakes/drinks so they fill that shit up with fat but you are probably better off with buying a bag of nuts. For the same price of 12 bottles of soylet, you can probably make around a month worth of shakes, depending on the price of the protein powder you chose. Soy protein also usually tastes like ass, so I would expect the carbs to be mostly sugar.

the basic point of crossfit is to get things done as s fast as possible, meaning to forget about form, i seen a couple of competitions, and I cringed so hard because of people messing up their backs and other body parts because of horrible form and also a lot of throwing up.
