Yup, in the original ver, Atlanteans get favor by building Town Centers. I guess that was changed to make the favor gathering more dynamic since owning more Town Centers is a must for all civilizations anyways. Plus it keeps oracles useful once the exploring is done.

the more you have stationary in different places the more favor you get? I will need to test it and make an updated guide for atlanteans

​@@2LoLGaming Yes. The lesser the overlap in the line of sights of the oracles, the faster the favor generation Also, an oracle's line of sight does not drop from max to zero when they start moving. It is more gradual now
