Actually, I think only Lee Know noticed, because he was the closest to him. The others couldn't see it because Hyunjin was behind them, unless they have eyes on the back of their heads 😅 but Lee Know was in eyesight of him and he looked at him 3 times. Lee Know... oh my gosh! He is amazing dancer (real MAIN dancer!) and did all movement so effortless and so clear and accurately, he caught every beat! And at the same time he managed to look at other members and worried about synchronisation as a dance leader... He was so worried about Hyunjin when he slipped and tried to not react on Han's mistake, so it looks like original choreo (at 2.17)

It’s kinda creepy how Lee Know seems like dancing head empty and full focused on his own performance but in reality he’s also aware of all members’ movements. He always notices when someone does a mistake or when an accident happens. Hyunjin was not even in front of him yet he immediately noticed that he’s almost falling.
