@@sshy153 That’s not the case at all! The local people were all lovely, from the guy that picked us up from the airport to everyone that helped us in the race. I think it gets that kind of reputation because of where the country is geographically 🤔

@ getting out your comfort zone every now and then is really important. I need to do it more often - I find it’s a bit like pressing the reset button on your mind and body, you come back slightly different (hopefully better!)

don't eat anything you haven't cooked, and never drink anything unless it's bottled. You can be the fittest, best runner there, but the Dehli belly will finish your race:) Of course, you have already done the race.....

I’m not sure what you mean by plinky piano music Chris? Sorry you didn’t like it, music is so personal and I actually liked all the music in this video 🤔 Also, the music isn’t free. I have to pay a monthly subscription for licence free music so our videos don’t get copyrighted! 👍
