You can't stitch the sweater :D It just has a pierced pattern, no holes for stitching. So it's actually perfect :D

Thanks lovely! Normally I wipe it off on my fingers hahaha! I'm trying to do it on a towel now cos my fingers are always sticky LOL. But yeah, needs to be done, especially on intricate die cuts.

Great video. Love the cards, they’re all fabulous. I’m going to be be different from most of the others and tell you my favourite is the tree. Zsoka, these are so fun and beautiful as always, love your color selection/combinations! So sorry about what I’m going to comment, but I feel like someone might find this helpful. Warning to all Spellbinders customers outside of the US! Be extra careful selecting the carrier when ordering at the Spellbinders store. I have to clear customs on my own for a store purchase, which was shipped via UPS, or pay more than the order itself for UPS to release the shipment from customs. Expect to be ready to collect packages on your own from customs while you paid for courier service. Spellbinders CS keeps telling that there’s nothing they can do to help. If you have a monthly club subscription, pay attention to the terms and conditions, I’ve read it and it was not clear to me that apparently their policy is in violation of consumer rights. If you have a club subscription order that they’ve charged for but did not ship yet - you won’t be able to cancel it, even though it was not ship yet. You won’t be able to make any changes or select a different carrier and they have a - No Refund policy even if you return the order. Spellbinders claims that since club subscription orders ship out in batches, they can’t make changes to the selected carrier type once the order is in process. In my line of work I handle large shipments and I can tell you that Spellbinders clearly can help in individual cases like this but they choose not to, and that says a lot about their customer service. Think carefully before you order directly from Spellbinders. This is not to deter you from purchasing Spellbinders products, as the quality is great and the designs are so beautiful, but just be careful with the carrier selection, especially for the monthly club subscription. Otherwise, I would suggest purchasing Spellbinders products from other stores, never had any issues with other stores shipments.

Thank you so much! I can't speak for Spellbinders customer service but I can speak for shipping because I order a lot from different countries and since I have my own business I also ship worldwide. Carriers will ALWAYS charge for customs clearance, this has nothing to do with Spellbinders. It's normally about 13 eur per shipment - I've used DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, they all charge about the same. Obviously this amount is for private customers. Alternatively, you can take care of the customs clearance yourself, which I personally would never do because I know nothing about the process. Even if you go with a standard shipping option like USPS, Royal Mail etc you will still pay extra on top of import taxes/duty fees, in Germany they call those fees storage costs or sth along those lines. This is normally around 8-9 EUR. None of these costs have anything to do with Spellbinders. If you don't have the same issue with other companies, then they use an incoterm that makes sure they pay for these costs, however I've never ever had this with an American craft company before. But again, if you have that option, then you don't have to order from Spellbinders. X

@@ZsokaMarko I really appreciate your response!🙏 I understand what you’re trying to say regarding the whole shipment issue, but I was overall very disappointed with Spellbinders customer service and how they’ve handled this issue. I’ve commented on FB and instagram, only to find that they’ve deleted the comments the next day. There was another person with a complaint and their comments were removed as well. It should not be acceptable that a company is not taking any responsibility post purchase and the company’s policy is basically not to support their customers after the purchase. I think that Spellbinders can do better than that. They have great quality products and an awesome design team, I would love to keep supporting these people, but the poor customer service is something they need to work on. Companies like that should be able to handle criticism and own up to it, instead of sweeping it under the rug... As for the customs thing, sorry, not all carriers always charge for customs clearance, as most companies work with customs brokers that clear all or most of their exported/imported goods and it is included in the shipping cost, which I might add, was pretty high for such a light package. By the way, it turns out that it was not difficult to clear customs on my own, the only problem is that you have to be present there in person. Give it a try. The carrier provides you with the paperwork, there was nothing for me to fill, you take it to your local customs office and they stamp it, that’s basically it. You’ll pay the government tax if any is applicable. In my case, they didn’t charge ANYTHING as the total value of the order was below 50$. I believe in Germany it’s anything below 70€.

@@KateOlsh no in Germany we pay on everything. Even on gifts. It’s been like that for two years. Before that the limit was 25 EUR on orders and 40 EUR on gifts - both those values including shipping cost so basically I could order for maybe 5-10 EUR without having to pay import taxes 🤷‍♀️ I cannot speak for other companies but I know customers complain about shipping costs all the time, while I don’t get any discounts and often pay 45+ for shipping while I charge 15 to the customer…I cannot absorb all these costs as a small business. There’s really 2 sides to the coin. I’ve never once not paid for customs clearance with a carrier and I’ve been doing this for years. But, this could be different in each country, I obviously only have experience in Germany. Again, I can’t speak for Spellbinders CS. X
