■Sunrise Izumo■
The Sunrise Izumo (サンライズ出雲, Sanraizu Izumo) is an overnight sleeping car train service in Japan operated jointly by Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) and West Japan Railway Company (JR West) since July 1998
The Sunrise Izumo runs daily between Tokyo and Izumoshi in Shimane Prefecture, taking approximately 12 hours for the 953.6 km (592.5 mi) journey.[2] The service operates in conjunction with the Sunrise Seto service to Takamatsu between Tokyo and Okayama. The combined 14-car train departs from Tokyo, and stops at Yokohama, Atami, Numazu, Fuji, Shizuoka, Hamamatsu (final evening stop), Himeji (first morning stop), and arrives at Okayama, where the train splits. Between Okayama and Izumoshi, the 7-car Sunrise Izumo train stops at Kurashiki, Bitchū-Takahashi, Niimi, Yonago, Yasugi, Matsue, and Shinji, before arriving in Izumoshi. The return train departs from Izumoshi, and is coupled with the Sunrise Seto from Takamatsu at Okayama Station, departing together from there, and arriving at Tokyo Station in the next morning.

▼The next video▼ Japan🇯🇵 WOMEN-ONLY Capsule Hotel with Sleep Analysis😴🛌9h nine hours woman Shinjuku/カプセルホテルナインアワーズ新宿 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2nZeJKkj6ipp8k ☆About Sunrise Izumo/Seto☆ 🌸 The ticket for the first-class room (single deluxe) is very limited and you can buy the ticket at 10 a.m. sharp 30 days before the date you want to ride on. The tip to get that ticket is in the video! 🌸 Sunrise Izumo/Seto will leave Tokyo around 9:50 p.m. but you better go 30 mins before. 🌸 If your room is first-class room (single deluxe), you don’t need to buy a shower card, but if not, you need to make a line to buy one and the number is limited. 🌸 Before riding on Sunrise Izumo/Seto, buy some food and drinks. 🌸 They give you many amenities such as a toothbrush, a hairbrush, slippers etc. 🌸 With the single deluxe room, you will have a small towel but not a bath towel. So if you prefer to use a bigger one, buy one before riding Sunrise Izumo/Seto. 🌸 You can see Sunrise Izumo/Seto uncoule at Okayama station and it will be aroud 6:25 a.m. Thank you for watching and subscribing to my channel☺ I'd like to hear your opinion on this video and which area you would love to visit! Please comment below.x

What a great train journey but it is really expensive isn't it for one trip in the single deluxe room. Worth it though for the experience. It's just a shame that foreigners can't buy a ticket online before they go to Japan. I suppose the chances of getting a single deluxe room a couple of days before a journey is very low. I'll do my best to get a 1st class ticket in the future. Thanks for the wonderful video. Take care and have a good weekend.
@travelloveranna
@travelloveranna 2 жыл бұрын
I think you can try to buy one online but I heard it's hard because it's always busy online when you buy a popular ticket, you know. And even me, I wasn't sure if I could get that ticket with the JR staff.haha

Lucky you, Anna! If you rode it in winter, you'd enjoy the snow scene covered in white snow. The view would have been much better than the single B bed downstairs. Don't you think so? Also, it would have been much easier to look at the bright stars in the night sky, lie on the bed. What do you think? I hope it was a beautiful experience for you, Anna.

I really like and enjoy such travel videos all over Japan, thanks to it I want to visit Japan and try some of trains or ferry...but I think I would be lost, cause I´m not able read japanese and it seem on info board there are only information in japanese, but I may be mistaken and it just not show in video... Is there any train in which you travel for exemple 3 days in total?
@travelloveranna

On ferries, usually, the staff or captain can speak English because that's the common language in that field. So please try! I don't have any idea about the train that you asked me...but I will think about it!

I’m pretty sure those with a JRPass get a portion (base fare?) included, so the single deluxe isn’t quite as expensive, it’s too bad about the 30 window, very few tourists get that long of a stay. I wonder if there might be more availability going the reverse way? Izumo to Tokyo? Or a low travel day, maybe a Tuesday? Lol. Anyways thanks for the video!! 🤣
@travelloveranna
@travelloveranna 2 жыл бұрын
but you need to buy a ticket for the room and a ticket for the fare (from Tokyo to Izumo is 12,210 yen)...so, it will be expensive, I think. and I think the fare is the same even on Tuesday.lol I took this train on May 25th.

Hi Anna, if that's your name? I have four things to say. One, this was another nice video that was informative and nice to watch. Two, my observation of your transportation system is so much more advanced, cleaner and more organized than my country and many others. Three, it's odd you show a hidden face at the end. Is that a cultural thing or you just don't like to show it. Four, don't take my remarks personal or derogatory, it's just an observation and I really like your videos and content. I love your remarks and so many things you say are very much like my country, like "fuzzy slippers". Be well, be safe my friend, peace.
