Ezreal has always been AA-oriented. Even back in the gauntlet - manamune - blade day or soul of the dino day. The whole point of playing ezreal is maximizing your damage by incorporating AAs between your Qs and other skillshots. It's only the bad players that only stand far away to shoot Qs.

@@bao1964 that was the problem, I used to be an ezreal otp and I thought it was normal to incorporate AA between your abilitys but apparently it's not normal for most ezreal players, they sit back after they finish their DS and refuse to even AA once. And that's in high plat low Dia. And then they wonder why they lose their games after doing nothing to win it while having a good kda.

They couldnt do this build sooner. Quickblades used to activate on crits. Now it activates on normal autos as long as you have 60 % crit or more. Ezreals Q cannot crit. It applies all onhit effects though, including the new quickblades cooldown reduction.

Can someone please explain to me why midlaners should go sidelane at 15 min? In the sidelane im vulnerable, its a long lane where you need a lot of vision to be safe and all it takes is the toplaner or jungler to come down and kill me, why should i not stay mid, i get more farm im more useful for dragon and herald, at botlane im just have to stay at my tower and wait for the wave to come to me or else i just get 1 tapped by some assassin / bruiser.

Depends on who you’re playing, but generally solo laners have a better shot in the side lane purely because of level differences, so it’s just a common practice to do it that way.

It's for the team. It's really not about the mid going bot, but the bot lane going mid. It means they're closer to herald for fights, and bot lane(2 people) is stronger than mid. Also, if you swap and the enemy team doesn't, you can 2v1 and break mid tower, which is really really big.

That fight in top river, you could see navori taking about 4 sec off ezreal's e cd when he lands his abilities. That's definitely more damage if you land your stuff. Also, not going for a risky end doesn't make you a b midbeast. It makes you smart. Sure, if everything goes PERFECTLY, you end game sooner. But if game can essentially only be lost by getting wiped and enemy rushing it down mid... why give them that chance?

I don't know much more than you, but you need to have achieved at least Diamond 2 in solo/duo queue in a different server to apply for the Chinese Super Server. So even the lowest ranked players on the Chinese Super Server are at least Diamond elsewhere. I don't know how it applies outside of China's scores of servers, but in China, it's the creme de la creme of its servers and is used to scout potential pro players

Tell me if I'm dumb, but from this game alone at least, it didn't look like he was that great of an Ezreal player. For example, that play, where he jumped into their base to get Aatrox, was the kind of a play a low-skill Ezreal player would make overestimating their chances of surviving there. If he is a one-trick, it means he was in those situations thousands of times and he still chose wrong there, not in a stressful situation, just out of greed basically. He could've easily gotten that kill if he E'd near the wall, since the range was enough to hit and Mumu couldn't have stopped him, and he most probably would have survived. I don't know if this is just the Chinese super server player mentality, but a lot of those aggressive plays just screamed of a low-level Ezreal gameplay to me. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Rewatch some of his plays. His accuracy and predictions are insane. In the case of that Aatrox in base play, Amumu would have blocked the Q so Aatrox would likely not have died if he stayed outside the wall and farther from Jinx. It looked like he needed a Q to get that kill, at least until the VelKoz damage popped and made him low enough for just an auto. The only option to guarantee the kill is to E inside the base.

@@stuff9429 Well yes, his accuracy was very good, for sure, and predictions do show that he has a lot of experience. But again, there are more problems with his kill on Aatrox. First being that he is way stronger than Aatrox and for him to risk dying for one kill like that is very bad judgement, if he stays alive, he can keep shooting even after Mumu possibly blocks his Q etc., so that exchange was very poor and later on he keeps repeating the same mistake with being too aggressive and exchanging himself for a kill or sth like that, where it is 100% not worth it. So as I said, it might be something like the Chinese server mentality where you just keep fighting for some reason, but whatever the reason, it looked poorly calculated for a player of this calibre.

It gives you more options and its a mind game with the oponent. If you do wq the poke mostly ends here the enemie oh he doesnt has much damage anymore. If its q w he is thinking will he go in with e or not, will he auto once more. That kind of mental game its crucial in league specially in high elo lanes, because that puts pressure on the enemy, making them doubt.Giving you more space and also it zones a little bit so you are getting tiny leads.

I don't get why people talk like this is a new build. Its been around for a long time, the only real change is to Navori. ER is a better early game than Tri + Tear, and if you get ahead early 2 item spike is also better than Tri + Not fully stacked Manamune. After Manamune is fully stacked, I think that build has higher DPS but I haven't tested since Navori change. So its possible the ER build is ahead at all stages.
