That walk is not for the faint of heart. I am born and raised in Chicago now living in a suburb of Chicago. I even volunteered at the Shedd Aquarium for 10 years🥰. There are so many great moments and pop shops in Chicagoland that I am happy to share. In Wheaton near Chicago there is a coffee roaster called I Have a Bean that you can get a free cup of coffee when you walk in, no requirement of buying the coffee. And not far there are two yarny/craft shops within walking distance. Wonder times, a coffee from I have a bean and walk through the shops of downtown Wheaton.
