So sad. I wonder if the uncle was thoroughly looked into as to his whereabouts on the day she disappeared and days following. Did he work? Did friends of his see him during this time? His parents, siblings, close acquaintances, drug dealer friends? So many unanswered questions remain.😢

Good questions and it seems like he fought police. Maybe if the could of wire tapped his house or something but they needed some kind of evidence and he refused to cooperate. @@BellaLeoLicoriceI have no clue what the spring field case is about. It sounds like some people think it offered a similar situation to coleens’s case where it could of given police information to, who was the last person she saw. Why she left the house to run errands. And she met with someone she knew. The spring field case could of had one of the above where the abductor or killer had lured someone to a location with sinister intent. And affair, sexual desires, stalker, etc. If Colleen was given drugs by her uncle that would explain why she wouldn’t tell the truth of where she was going and why no one knew where she really went.

Probably but they needed some kind of evidence. The uncle won’t say anything and if he was the last one to see her. And no one else knew, then no one will be able to come forward to say something. He probably lead her to a secret location, wanted more from her and she said no. And he’s the only one who knows. Plus if he was giving her drugs then he has murder and drug charges plus what ever shady thing he has done in his life. I really wish the friend didn’t delete the messages because it would of been the only link. Unfortunately in court case they could just say she didn’t like the uncle. And had no proof.

My intuition is strong when it comes to pointing out predators and solving crimes. I also had a disgusting uncle, through marriage, that tried to get his hands on me when I was really young, and even when I was older, when he got out of prison, after serving a sentence for abusing his next wife's child. He actually came around as if my family would welcome him in, just bc my aunt had a child with him many years before that. Not a chance in hell. We wanted to call the police on him. Notes: 1) Colleen seemed rather focused on work and making money as she held a number of jobs while going to school. So maybe the call was about a possible financial opportunity or what was told was such an opportunity. 2) I'm rather skeptical of Ally. She said she heard phone messages from Colleen's Uncle that were supposedly from Colleen's phone but deleted them. Why delete messages intended for Colleen? Even if she didn't like the Uncle, it seemed like an unecesssary thing to do. Ally was also quick to throw a spotlight on the Uncle, Radisher. I don't know if the charges of Radisher supplying drugs and promoting porn to her as a work option are true but it seems Ally seemed to know more about what was really going on with Colleen. I wouldn't be surprised if she was involved in some way. 3) Radisher certainly strikes one as suspicious. I get the feeling though that his refusal to take a lie detector test or be involved with looking for Colleen has nothing to do with her. I get the feeling that Radisher may have been into shady business or affairs he doesn't want people to know about. Thus he doesnt involve himself because he doesn't want any heat coming his way.He's clearly protecting something . What that is is unknown. 4) Frankly although Colleen could possibly have been trafficked , it's probably likely that at some point she met with foul play.
@Yogastrong908 Жыл бұрын
Interesting case. This all boils down to whether or not you believe her friend. I personally do not. Most if not all of the evidence against the uncle is based on testimony from this one person. Why don’t I believe her? Key fact number one. Not only did she allegedly delete voicemails from the uncle (which is the equivalent of opening someone else’s mail - illegal), she never informed the victim that her uncle called. Then, years later she suddenly “remembers” that this occurred. The car location is not in the location where she was supposedly meeting someone. Lets also look at the fact that the victim’s mother was in the room while she was on the phone. She might not have been listening in to a conversation but does anyone think that someone is going to be talking about a drug deal within earshot of her mother? Plus her mother said it sounded like she was talking to a friend. And her victimology indicates she is a saver. Does it make sense she only had 1100 in savings after dealing for months working a couple of jobs and dealing drugs? Maybe the uncle is a scumbag. Maybe the uncle didn’t take a polygraph test because it holds no value. It has never been revealed who has it hasn’t passed their polygraphs. Can’t say. Everything is based off the word off of one girl, whose credibility is at best tainted. We have to ask the question, did she have incentive to lie? Where was she at the time of the murder? Where was her uncle and her boyfriend? This cause regardless is incredibly frustrating and I hope her parents get justice for her.

The allegations of the friend, coupled with the behavior of the uncle, are very telling. I understand that her friend was young, but how is it that she thought the information she had wasn’t relevant? It’s infuriating. An interesting podcast, I've never heard of the case. What was her best friend thinking. Digital evidence if it's deleted can be retrieved, however if it's overwritten it can't. It's hard to say, without knowing the model of phone, but it would mean today that the phone has being used after deletion. Doesn't really seem to be any evidence at all, the uncle, isn't an uncle, in reality. He might act inappropriately, but it's a reach without evidence to suggest he's done anything to her, or anyone, for that matter. She may even still be alive, but it gets the case out and hopefully some answers.

That’s crazy that the uncle wasn’t looked into or believed about the voicemails. That’s a tip why would someone not believe the girl

Amusing how free spirited and indrpendant leads to death.
