They're equally as strong. The 9th sense is specifically what makes a god a god, a sense that humans should not be able to reach. A god cloth is the highest form a cloth can take, however it doesnt make you in anyway equal to a 9th sense being. Take hades vs the god broze saints for example. Remember Seiya's first fight with Aiolia? Seiya could somewhat fight Aiolia due to wearing the Sagittarius Gold cloth, but he could only do little due to not obtaining the 7th sense at that time, thus needing the spirit of Aiolios to back him up. This is basically the same scenario. The 9th sense itself is likely just as strong as a god cloth the same way the 7th sense is as strong as a gold cloth.

Chang Siah Lim First off, I’ve watched DB for years so I know what Goku is capable of. I just got into Saint Seiya and I’ve been researching and looking at the manga plus both of the anime’s(I finished the Lost Canvas and still working on the original) and Goku will die from him. First off, Seiya has killed 5-6 UNIVERSE Gods and Goku hasn’t killed any god at all :/ Seiya’s powers are also very powerful. Now, Goku’s Kamehameha is powerful but that’s a single blast while Seiya’s Meteor fist and other attacks are like more than 1000 punches going at light speed. About the Spirit bomb, that is a very powerful attack but Seiya is a good guy and that takes awhile to take form while Seiya’s attack only takes for him to trace his 13 star positions of the Pegasus Constellation(that doesn’t take that long). Seiya is also able to break down atoms with his cosmo so if he’s close enough to Goku and goes all out with his Meteor fist, Goku is dead if he aims it at his heart because Goku doesn’t wear armor at all. Goku is powerful but I think Seiya would destroy him. I am aware of Master Ultra Instinct. It is powerful but not enough to defeat Seiya. Seiya has the Universe inside of him(a little hard to explain.) and when he releases his power, it explodes inside of him, which causes his attacks to become even more powerful. It’s called releasing his Cosmo. Now, I’m going to say this now. I’m not saying Goku is weak and wouldn’t stand a chance. The fight would be good but Seiya would beat Goku.
