They looked under the cars, asked if you were American or not, we showed them our drivers license, and the cars in front had the police looking under their trucks, motor and everywhere. Then we headed to the Mescalero Apache tribe got an enrollment paperwork, then went to their Casino. I did play and bet and did pretty good. We ate food there and it wasn't that good. Their Casino is called Mountain of the Gods Casino. Its way up in the mountains and there is a man made lake and absolutely gorgeous. I know there are miracles and I also know "it is important to desire to live even in the pain, even what its hard to walk, or sit up and etc. Just existing. But that desire is critical. From my point of view I feel its not time for you whatever the situation is. Miracles still exist. Why am I still alive when I was dying, why just a day ago was gpa and I being sucked into a 4 mile radius funnel cloud and we lived? Miracles still exist and we need to call out to Jesus Christ. He is our Savior, as little as it may seem to satisfy the need while suffering, He is our Savior and our faith is critical. Ironically this is the sirens, the ipad and phone warnings we got when 4 tornados were to the west of us and one above us and they counted 24 two days ago we had been around. There was no escape. We prayed. We prayed and my son and his call to our ecclesiastical leader prayed for us immediately and that huge funnel cloud dissipated during that time. We prayed to the creator of this earth, The one whom the elements obey. All elements know Him. They obey him, why not our bodies which are elements of this earth? Faith is critical too. At the end of those warnings to warn us of the tornadoes that blared on our phones and ipads, at the end it said "Pray, have faith and Repent." Thank you so Much Navajo Grandma. This was a fantastic video!!!! I have always wanted to hear the words of this story in Navajo. The Dine Bahane is an amazing book. I always wanted to go to Spider rock. Modern people sometimes speak of the myths of Traditional peoples are falsehoods, but they are not meant to be factual stories of real life events in the material world. They are stories that never actually happened, but are continually happening on an inner level, as they common from a deeper level of the human consciousness. And they are meant to teach us wisdom. The Feminine principal has been devalued in modern society but the male and female, yin and yang, is ever present in Creation. Spiderwoman shows the patterns and order in Creation, from the spiderʼs web to the hives of bees. She is a Grandmotherly helpful presence to the Twins, the Monster Slayers, in giving them the Pollen Prayer. The Feminine aspect of Creation often has both positive and negative aspects as it is not divided into Good and Bad. Spiders too are beautiful and can be deadly just like bees. Usually they stick to themselves if left alone. I am seeing tons of spiders in my yard right now. I love your singing..... I love pollen. It is the faery dust of life.....

@@dananichols-xh8jl Now this might sound really weird but you must remember we are on youtube and they make our rules and they will dock you or dismiss you if you make videos like having children in them. Speaking of salmon have you ever had salmon strips? They are delicious, We fish for Copper River Reds, on the Copper River, and we are so exciting to go to fish camp this year. I live way up north in Alaska in a town called Delta Junction, where the Delta river and the Tanana river meet . Woke up yesterday and it was 20 below, for my 57th birthday.. @@dananichols-xh8jl Dana there is a way to say grandson that is what they call their granddaughter: hatsóí ashkiígíí (boy) similar to granddaughter. BUT, it is awkward, most mother's say, "shitsoi" pronounced SHI-TSEW-II. or meaning my grandchild. My grandmother always called my She'awéé' means “my baby” Pronounced SHAY-AWAY. Or Shi yázhí (my little one). When talking about your grandchild you say SHITSOI Pronounced Shi-tsew-ii. That first way is not used much anymore. @NavajoGrandma8 ай бұрын
Well pretty girl it is amazing you asked. I have had so many come to grandma. Remember I am not a Healer, I am not a Medicine Woman, I am plain Navajo Grandma with wisdom and hope, kindness and love with great respect such as our ancestors possessed. Many seek to be healed. Its not only through prayer which is actually greatest with pure faith we heal ourselves, miracles have not ceased my pretty girl. And in these last days, you shall see great miracles come like or as in the days of Moses. This is given to us to fight the immense evil yet to come upon all of us. You think Joe Blow is doing us in, you haven't seen any thing yet. Let me clarify that, we shall have one to stop Joe Blow and he shall bring peace prosperity for his time, almost like giving us a breather of hope but then after his time another will come who will be worse than Joe Blow. But with the power of the heavens we can stand and be protected, that we remain strong. About healing, I want you to know, not only does some healing come from being next to Mother Earth, walking barefoot, a vigilant prayerful walk, now who are we praying to? We call them the Holy Ones. Defined it is God our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ our Savior, and the Gift of the Holy Ghost. Other Natives call this Colonialism, it is not, it was the way of our forefathers, why did our ancestors build temples? Why do we have sacred places of worship and the technology beyond what AI could create? Christ walked among our ancestors, of course. So when I explain spirituality it is not learned from the white man, it has been with us for so many generations of time. No Navajo speaks of this as it is highly spiritual and their myths are enough to them. Those myths my Nali refused to teach us and I am thankful. So few define this as my Nali taught me this as a child and emulated this in his prayers. He did not perform rituals, he called it faith, the power of God, all that we seek is through reverent prayers of gratitude, humility, cleansing ourselves forgiving ourselves, cleansing our mind, our soul, our spirit before the healings take effect. Clean your vessel first. This is done with prayer and fasting. If you remember my videos of Chief Sitting Bull, why did he get revelations to have victory because he cleansed himself thru fasting, prayer and whatever else the Sioux did. Now we are not Sioux, you and I, thus we cleanse ourselves and open ourselves up to healing again thru fasting & prayer, thru homeopathic ways. Do you know there are Anglo's who also work great blessings. It is not only the Native Americans. The heavens open up and inspire goodness, creative talents and abilities to bless the people now. All is given their goodness to share. I have emulated my Nali, who taught me thru his prayers of faith, now this is prayer not as what the white folks have taught others to pray. But you keep it simple, great prayer comes from deep within us. My Nali would say the name of Christ in the language that came across the great waters, that which I cannot speak as only he could only speak once a year. So we called him the Divine God, Christ. In Dine' you say, "Diyin God." Diyin is enunciated "dee-yin." I like to share this phonetically so you can say this. So first learn to pray with great faith. Know who you are praying to. Humble yourself. Forgive yourself as you are already forgiven by the Holy Ones. Do not further your pain thinking you are awful or whatever people say to themselves. Move forward knowing you are forgiven but never allow yourself to forget the Holy Ones. They love you, they bless you, protect you, they heal you and their prayers are to use what is also on this planet we call Mother Earth who has medicinal blessings available to all. We need to know this. God is my physician, so is Christ. This is my faith in them that when we seek to be healed we go to them and are healed. My Nali spoke these same words in Dine' Bizaad. He at times went to a Medicine man for natural herbs but he did not rely upon them to heal him. It was faith, prayer, fasting, speaking to the heavens, thru humility, remembering your Creator always. Alot to swallow pretty girl but I also want to share what has healed me physically, emotionally, spiritually, and in more ways than I could have ever been blessed. It is thru the works of a Cherokee and Navajo Engineers, Physicians who put together one of the great blessings. You understand there are vibrations in all plants, animals, in us as humans right? There are also frequencies that heal. Well there is greater blessings in what is healing me in miraculous ways from these two men and their group that is the greatest blessing you will ever encounter. Remember I am homeopathic, I was given this through prayer and fasting as I shall share with you. Email me at dinehgrandma@gmail.com Are you really ready to heal? Then I shall hope you write. Love you tons. Navajo Grandma THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.

I do not and if it is called traditional healing, my Nali was a medicine man and so were both my Paternal and Maternal lines and prayer, fasting, the sweat house and what herbs you need always with complete faith healed anything. The healing came from the Holy Ones with our faith in them thru what we do. I don't know if you understand but that was our healing processes. The pipe ceremonies were mainly done by the Plains Indians.

Yes I got it. I do practice shamanism and I’m trying to learn more but still need lots of healing I already have done ayahuasca and San Pedro or peyote ceremonies at least I had 17. I also participated in a sweat lodge years ago. Do you have personalized teachings. I would love to have a grandma teacher. I have had Qeros Thea Hera from Peru I traveled to see them and had initiations with. Much love and gratitude Jadde Astrie. I will continue watching and listening to your videos. ❤

How are Ta'neezahnii related to Spider Woman?
@NavajoGrandma Жыл бұрын
Ta’néészahnii defined as Tangle, Badlands, Rough Land Formation, etc.This clan was said to be related to the Spider Woman or People because their teeth were like spider webs (naaneeshzhah). This clan people lived near (Gobernador Knob) at located in the San Rafael Canyon area. I hope you know this and appreciate this. Navajo Grandma

Do they have tours?
@NavajoGrandma Жыл бұрын
Rebecca yes they have tours but its filthy expensive. If any of you my subscribers want to meet me there during the summer, I have a subscriber guide who can take us down. The others charge $180 per person and more. They give a 4 hr tour but sometimes these tour guides have been drinking and some have had accidents and some tourists killed. I don't truth no one but my subscriber. I would rather have some meet with us to have a good 4X4 to travel the amazing maze of deep sands and beauty that you can't imagine. Let me know and lets all plan together. My email is: dinehgrandma@gmail.com. If you are interested. I need to make a video offering this too. I should do this very soon. I would need to plan definitely. Its amazing!! Think it through. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

I wonder if the earth is a terraforma?
@NavajoGrandma Жыл бұрын
To answer this, remember this is Navajo Grandma's opinion: Ok, Well the earth was created by Jesus Christ, it wasn't a planet in existence already. terraforma takes a planet and it is made habitable. I hope you have the same definition as I do. I maybe wrong. Thus, the earth will be changed into a terrestrial planet when Christ returns, then in the end after a 1000 year millennium, then it becomes celestial. That is my understanding. Agree or disagree, let me know. Love you and your thoughts and your brain that works more than most. I love it. Navajo Grandma

@@NavajoGrandma I think in scripture the earth is changed after the 1000 yr. Destroyed then remade. I'd never heard of it described the way you described it, it's always fascinating to me to mull these things over in my mind. So much truth is hidden from us Grandma that I just seek truth all the time... Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. Your so special to me ☺️..hugs !!
